We are required to collect sales tax, 7%, if the item is shipped to a Nebraska address.
We currently ship only in the USA. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, and the following US Protectorates (American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands).
Order are ships USPS next business day after receiving cleared payment Monday - Friday (excludes Saturday, Sunday and Postal Holidays) First Class: 2-6 business days; Priority: 1-4 business days Note: Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location, shipping service selected, weather, limited availability of transportation, and holidays. We are not responsible for USPS delays.
Yes only when you contact us first to receive authorization. We do not accept unauthorized returns. If you receive an item damage in the mail contact us within 4 days of receiving the item. Customer has 14 days from the day package is received to return merchandise for any reason. Refund will be full purchase price, any taxes, less original shipping charges. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Refund will not be issued until after being inspected upon receipt within 48 hours as Money Back (Monday - Friday excluding holidays).
